Crap

The time change has us all messed up today. Mouse fell asleep on the couch and missed the bus. Bear slept an hour later than usual so we made it to the gym an hour later.

I do have some good news. I put on a pair of pants yesterday and fit looser than before and today I got on the bike (which is something I haven't done in a while and my thighs weren't bumping into my belly anymore. I started doing chest exercises a week ago and i swear my boobs look perkier too :).

I am still kind of in awe over how strong my stomach muscles have gotten and I can't wait to see how they look once all of this fat melts away.
