Asian Gac Fruit

Gac fruit is a fruit that grows is Asia. Its red and is about the size of a grapefruit. Its produced on vines in abundance and can often be seen climbing on fences and trellises and in gardens all through Asia. It is often seen in Asia being grown as an ornamental but the fruit has a lot of health benifits as well. Its packed with antioxidants and we all know how antioxidants help to keep you healthy. It also has loads of beta carotene in it which is good for your skin and helps to boost your immune system as well. Essential oils taken from this fruit can be taken as a supplement to keep a persons skin health and keep there immune system strong. You can find this in your natural food store called R.G. Skin Revitalizer. It won't be called Gac fruit in the natural food store that you buy it from.

I have never tried this stuff but maybe I should think about trying it because I have been having some problems with my skin lately. It just doesn't seem to want to stay healthy. Maybe it has something to do with the dieting. But maybe it could help.

Gac fruit is an amazing antioxidant!! My family has been taking Momordica Plus directly from www.Health-Excel.com (100% pure exotic fruit oil in vegie caps) for only $29/bottle with amazing results. Why would you buy diluted fruit juice when you can have 100% concentrated fruit oil? They combat free radicals when taken internally. Momordica Plus is manufactured in the U.S.A. using strict guidelines
