Gac Fruit

Gac fruit is a spiny orangish red gourd like fruit found in Asia. The plant itself is an ornamental plant and found in most gardens is Asia. The fruit is produces is produced during a very short season so its not as commonly eaten as most fruits in Asia but when it does produce it produces in abundance.

I guess there kind of like cucumbers do here in the USA. They only grow for a few months of the summer but there are so many of them when they are producing that you can't eat them all before they go bad.

Gac fruit is being used here in the USA for is essential oil which is loaded in Beta Carotene and antioxidants. If you want to try it yourself you need to look for R.G. Skin Revitalizer because you won't find it listed as just Gas Fruit oil and your not going to find it for sale for culinary uses in grocery stores either. One of its common names is also bitter gourd so that may be why. It may not have the most appealing taste for those of us that weren't raised eating it. Its used to help keep a persons skin healthy so if you have been having trouble with your skin you may want to try it.

Gac fruit is an amazing antioxidant!! My family has been taking Momordica Plus directly from (100% pure exotic fruit oil in vegie caps) for only $29/bottle with amazing results. Why would you buy diluted fruit juice when you can have 100% concentrated fruit oil? Momordica Plus is manufactured in the U.S.A. using strict guidelines
