I've been getting thinner lately. It hasn't come from taking a diet pill like Leptovox or anything like that. It comes from getting up early and getting my but into the fitness center at work and keeping my heart rate elevated for 20 or 30 minutes 4 or 5 times a week. I've gotten smaller all over. I don't know how much weight I have lost because its not the time of the month when i get on the scale but I am curious to find out.
