I have lost 18 pounds in the last 3.5 weeks. I haven't been doing Jillian Michaels workouts or drinking Slim Fast or anything like that. I take the diet pills the doctor game me that curb my appetite and eat very small very low calorie meals. I usually eat 800 calories or less a day and exercise lightly. I can fit into a size 10 without risking internal injury even though they are not comfortable enough to wear all day (I don't like clothes that put pressure on my waist) and last week I found my hip bones again. My goal is 125.
