A key to dieting seems to be using good appetite suppressants. The biggest problem with dieting for most people is not exercising. Anyone can walk. The problem is controlling your eating. Its really really hard to control your eating, especially when people around you are not eating things that are healthy or eating large amounts of high calorie food. That is always one of my biggest problems. My whole freeking family does that to me. Weekends are the worst.
