If you feel tired all of the time, deal with aching joints, have late night cravings, or anything else that makes you feel tired and old and may be contributing to an out of shape overweight existence then strongly urge you to take vitamins. It made such a huge difference in how I felt every day. The late night craving part of it really blew me away. I don't have cravings late at night now that i take vitamins. I just picked up a generic vitamins for women at he grocery store one day and started taking them.
