I don't think there is such thing as a safe fat burner. Even when exercising a person has to take precautions against injury and then you can still get injured. That's usually what stops me from exercising when I am on an exercising row is injury. For me its either a back injury or shin splints. The one back injury that stopped me last time was a muscle in my lower back and it still bothers me to this day. I notice it more when I have been having to do a lot of bending over to pick up buckets of stuff.
