I haven't been able to find an over the counter weight loss supplements that works. Believe me I have looked. Its pointless trying to cut calories and exercise because can't seem to keep it up for very long. If I could just find it in me to do that extreme diet for 6 weeks but I can't seem to stick to it. The problem is everyone around me and all of the crap that they eat.
